Fun in Prescott, AZ with my Sister and her Husband

OK, Prescott doesn't really know what it wants to be, a liberal hotbed for hippies, a conservative retirement community, or a wild west frontier town. Either way, I like the city. It is in Arizona, which I always think should be hot in the summers, but it is high enough that it has a climate more like that in the northern USA.

On our first day in the city, we headed out to a small craft market in the city green. These types of events are really west-coasty, so this was yet another reminder that we were almost home.

Hmmm, this guy looks like he wants to punch me. Notice how oblivious we are.

Ladies and gentlemen, I give you.... The Tornado! America, the pride is back!

If Norman Rockwell had lived to see the Tornado, he would have painted this scene, 'cept a dog with a floppy ear would have been covering his eyes with his paws in the background.

My bro' in law training for kids. See all that energy he has now? He is not going to have that in a couple of months.

My Sis

We all visited Arizona a while back to go to my sister's wedding. Here we are again, and she is quite domestic now, living with her husband in a house, ready to give birth to her first child.

Here she is, greeting us.
