Washington DC, Smithsonian National Space and Air Museum


What "makes" this place is the impressive collection.

I've seen moon rocks before, but here you can touch a piece of the moon.



Apollo 11, which transported the first men to the moon.



Here is the proof test article of the Mars Viking Lander. We will have to wait until the Smithsonian opens up its Mars branch to see the real one.
